Working with our company is a process that is meticulously planned and structured to ensure complete customer satisfaction. It progresses through clear stages that guarantee transparency, thoroughness, and efficiency.
PHASE ONE is the beginning of our collaboration. We take the order, carefully study the project, determine the client’s needs, and together select suitable aluminum systems and glazing units. Calculating the cost of the project is a key element of this phase, allowing the client to confidently proceed with their project implementation.
PHASE TWO involves practical work related to the precise execution of the order. Measurements, agreeing on the structure’s configuration, and fine-tuning the final product’s parameters are all carefully worked out and then fixed in a contract that we sign with the client. This stage also includes the necessary payment formalities.
PHASE THREE is the practical implementation of the order. We purchase all necessary materials and then proceed with the construction’s manufacturing. Precision in execution and high-quality materials are priorities at this stage of the process.
PHASE FOUR is the final, but no less important stage, which depends on the product’s destination. For sales in Poland, we handle the delivery and installation of the windows, signing of work completion protocols, and providing warranties. For sales to other countries, we manage the entire process from container loading, customs clearance to delivering the container to the port of destination. We offer various delivery terms (FCA, CIF, DPU Incoterms 2020). The final contract cost may vary depending on the chosen delivery terms.
